A single party conflict is used when only the individual posting the conflict want advice for themselves. This is as opposed to a duel party conflict in which more than one party will be adding their side of an issue and requesting advice.

What is a Resolution Agreement?
A Resolution Agreement is a written social contract with a summary of the conflict and resolutions pertaining to a specific conflict. The agreement can be printed and signed by the party or parties involved. This agreement can then be posted or saved for a future reminder of what both parties agreed to. Resolution Agreements have NO LEGAL VALUE OR STANDING. They are for your use only.

Where can I find an iPhone App for esolveit?
At the moment the iPhone app is still under development. We hope to have it completed by March 2012. When completed the iPhone app will be purchased from the iTunes Store in the apps section.

Can I change my picture to something more anonymous?
Yes. In the Profile Section click on the Change Avatar link and select one of the avatars given.

Can I upload my own picture?
No, this would force esolveit to approve all pictures. You my either use one of our Avatars or your Facebook profile picture.

How does a business get added to the directory?

What do we do if there are more than two parties to a conflict?
We suggest either posting separate conflicts or dividing all parties into two groups each posting their views in a Dual Party Conflict.

What is a Conflict?
This is the place where a user can state a problem they are facing and request responses from our members.

What is a Follower?
Followers follow the post of a specific user. Any conflicts, resolutions, or comments they post will be seen at the bottom of the home page of the follower.

What is a subscriber?
Subscribers subscribe to all the posts of a given conflict. If a member sees a conflict they are interested in they will subscribe and be granted permission to see all posts, comments, and the resolution to that conflict.

What is a privet conflict?
The conflict will stay within the esolveit community members only. Use this option if you do not want your Facebook Friends to see your conflict.

What is a Public Conflict? (Default setting)
You can invite your Facebook Friends to view your conflict. You will then select which Facebook Friend will see the conflict. You can post to your Facebook Page that you have created a conflict, responded to a conflict (which that member made public), commented on a conflict (which that member made public, or resolved a conflict. You will be prompted to post these items individually at your discretion.

What is a panel member?
Panel Members are the users you choose to resolve your conflict.  Once selected their opinions will make up you resolution and be printed into your resolution agreement.  Other people may comment on your conflict but panel member are the one you will choose initially.

What is a participant?
Any member (panelist or not)involved with your conflict.

What is Time Priority?
Time Priority is the amount of time you want to accept opinions regarding your conflict.

What are Panel Members?
Panel Members are anyone on esolveit giving advice.

What does it mean to accept comments?
Comments are additional opinions from members outside your chosen panel.
